If items do not fit into the home you may exchange items for something of equal value. Re-delivery fee will apply on items that need to be delivered. All purchases made online or in store are final. Please call to speak with an associate for further details.

Shipping Info

Our store is located in Rochester, NY, and we usually ship orders where we have the order in stock. However, we may arrange to have some orders shipped directly from their manufacturer. Customers residing in the Rochester metropolitan area additionally have the option of picking up their order (when available) at no charge.
